It is not just about getting a low score on mock tests, low grades in school/college or missing deadlines for assignments—it's more than that. A deep anxiety keeps whispering that you're not good enough. A heavy, disappointed pair of eyes constantly stares at me after every exam you give, judging every move you make. Even reading non-academic books becomes a topic of discussion at your house. Relatives blurt out their opinions that you're wasting time by reading them, sometimes pinpoint that particular exam you didn't do well in and connect the dots to your happy reading.
